- What is the Wordvice AI Team Plan?Our Team Plan lets you buy Wordvice AI Premium subscriptions for multiple users with one purchase.
A single purchase invoice will be sent covering all members on your team. - How do I invite my team members to the Team Plan?The team owner and admins can invite members through the dashboard on the Members page. Enter a team member’s email address to send an invitation email with instructions. The number of team members you can add is limited to the total number of seats purchased. *Only members who have created a Wordvice AI account can be added to your team.
- Can I remove or change the members on my team?Owners and admins can remove members from your team through the dashboard on the Members page. After you remove a member from your team, their seat will remain vacant until you invite someone else to fill their seat.
- What are the different roles on Wordvice AI Team Plan?Wordvice AI Team Plans allow you to grant members one of three roles: owner, admin, and member.
Owners: Manage admins, team information, billing, member roles (up to “Owner”), subscription settings, and member invitations and deletions. Access all Wordvice AI Premium features.
Admins: Manage team information, billing, member roles (up to “Admin”), and member invitations and deletions. Access all Wordvice AI Premium features.
Members: Access all Wordvice AI Premium features. - What are “seats” and how do they work?“Seats” are the total number of members who can be included on your team. For example, if you purchase five seats, you may have up to five total members on your team. You can add or remove members through the dashboard on the Members page.
- How will I be charged for my Team Plan subscription?Team Plan subscriptions are only available with an annual payment plan. Your account will be charged on the date of purchase and on the same date of each subsequent year. (For example, if you purchase a Team Plan on December 5, 2023, you will be charged again on December 5, 2024 for the following year.)
- Can I add or remove seats for my Team Plan?If you wish to adjust the number of seats you have, you can update your subscription details by contacting us.
If you add additional seats to your account, you will be charged for the added seats on the date the seats are added. Your next payment date will be on the original date of purchase for all subsequent years.
If you reduce the number of seats, the number of seats will remain valid until the end of your current subscription. You will be charged for the reduced number of seats on the subsequent payment date. - How do I cancel my Team Plan subscription?To cancel your Team Plan subscription, please contact us and request a cancellation. A Wordvice AI representative will notify you after your subscription has been canceled.
